Inspired by: 1 Timothy 6:12, 2 Corinthians 10: 3 – 5, Ephesians 6: 12 & Philippians 2:10-11
I will fight the good fight of faith, to which You called me so that I might lay hold on eternal life.
My beef is not with my fellow man, but with evil philosophies and political and religious ideologies that govern over the injustices and cruelties of this world. I am at war with spiritual forces that are at work in high and low places.
You, God, have equipped me for this fight with weapons for the tearing down of ideological strongholds, and political biases, that place expediences above the people it serves. Your word is quick and powerful for the reproofing of opinions that are in opposition to the knowledge of You, bringing every thought into obedience to You.
I know I do not fight in vain as every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess You as Lord.

This post brought to mind Hebrews 4:12 “Fo the Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and arrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

Yes is does. The word of God is one whole, made alive by the Holy Spirit. As we eat of it, it gives us LIFE.
